So went there for a bout 3 years to the location in Garland near Lake Ray Hubbard. The Hygienist was rude and non caring. Then as I am off Monday and Friday, they said no Hygienist on Monday and no Dentist on Friday. So now I have to change. Three day work week ridiculous! Also the front desk lady did not seem to care at all!

I had a great experience today. Lisa at the front desk is very welcoming and she does all she can to help. I called complaining of tooth pain yesterday and she was able to get me an appointment next day. Melissa did a great job with cleaning my teeth today. She is very patient and explained every step she was about to do. Dr Rollins is very knowledgeable and has an outstanding bedside manner.

I had not been to the dentist since COVID started and was having jaw pain that had me quite worried. I was certain that I had teeth that were badly infected and would require significant treatment. I am intensely terrified of the drill noise and am unable to control shaking and crying during procedures. It took tremendous willpower to force myself to find a new dentist. They were able to work with my schedule and get me an appointment that week! When I met Dr. Rollins I told her about my high anxiety and concerns about pain. She spent over two hours calmly talking me through each step, discovering that I had only one very minor cavity, and that my jaw pain was likely due to clenching my jaw when stressed. Rather than make me wait for (and dread) the filling she took care of it right then. She also found the right level of pain meds/gas and music to help me stay calm through the procedure (I actually hummed instead of crying!). I left WITH a huge smile and WITHOUT any dread of future appointments! Dr. Rollins is my dental savior!!!
