Just left the Firewheel location associate Sam (a la Sam I am Green Eggs and Ham) was an amazing help, 10/10 customer service. Helped my sister find the shoes she needed within 10 minutes and was super knowledgeable about what to recommend.

I walked in at 7:55 and they told me that I had two minutes to shop I got my shirt. I was trying to check out at 8 oclock and they told me I would need to come back tomorrow. They are closed very disheartening service especially since I was trying to buy a shirt for my child. The two ladies at the counter were very rude and you could tell obviously they did not want to make a sale, so I hope that the manager sees this that you have employees in their store who really do not wanna work they couldve told me when I walked in at 7:55 that they werent gonna be able to check me out and then I would have not wasted 5 minutes of my life

Every time go , they always welcome me in , check on me , then tell me what deals they got going on and I appreciate that . Many days you go to stores : no one greets you and the person at the registers dont talk / air pods in . But not here I can actually have human interactions here . Keep up the good customer service . Thats how you get people to spend . Every time I go to Firewheel I have to stop by zumiez .:)

Was harassed by worker "Chance H." I walked into the store to buy bearings for my skateboard & not even me being in there for 1 min.He comes behind me (reeking like Doritos & old eggs) and says can I speak to u for a moment & explains to me that he's kicking me out bc he's concerned for his gf another worker Brianna Hernandez that I'm "distracting" her &I am a "threat" to her.It was very weird I thought he was tweaking off some drug bc he was smelling a little skunky.Then as I'm leaving he tells me to choke myself.I will say tho I've never had a problem with any other workers and usually am delighted to go in there and chat it up about skate culture ,but for some reason these 2 workers decided to bring their personal drama to work today instead of being professional& helping a customer out, but hey don't get me wrong if I looked like him I'd probably b worried someone was gonna take my girl too.
