This Bank is the Worst Bank of America I EVER been to, and I have bank with BoA for over 20 years in more than 3 states. Customer Service will laugh in your face and speak Spanish Very dis respectful people .

This location gives me hard time and wrong inf about when trying to cash my check and they dont have experience how to fixed the problem. And they sent me to another location and the other location gives me wrong information too.. and I find one location in Plano they fix my problem. I believe banks of America each location has different inf not same. Look like they are not bank of America. The manager name for this location keila Pacheco. She doesnt now how to help people and she need more class to be professional. I will move to different bank because I have hard times when I control my money in this bank almost 15 years

One of the teller is being difficult and giving my mom a hard time. She wanted to cash out 2 of her checks and the teller said she can only cash out 1 and deposit 1??? what if she needed the money? Why is she controlling my mom's money? Never want to go to this location again
