The service here is impeccable. They showed me everything about my car, answered all of my questions, talked me through the repairs and why they mattered. They spoke to me as a person, not as a woman. I can't tell you how hard it has been, knowing a lot about my car and trying to get any mechanic to take me seriously. This is the first place that has. With smiles and always checking I was okay with the repairs being made. I will never go anywhere else for service on my car. No one I know will now go anywhere else for their cars. I will tell literally everyone who ever mentions anything about their cars to go here and only here, where they will never be cheated, never be judged, and never talked down to. Thank you to every one of you. You made my car a dream to drive again, and made my day. Thank you.

Making progress in turning things around at Garland - Broadway location. The rewards that can be applied from credit for past repairs. Recently I had a massive repair involving my minivans serpentine system. This headache included multiple visits to Meineke, several towing trips, and lots of money spent on several repairs BEFORE they arrived at a successful conclusion. Although I am satisfied with the final job. This resulted in many dollars wasted until Meineke got it right.
