This attorney's office is the best I really thought I wouldn't get anywhere with this case. But with there help I received more then I thought I would. They made sure my health and needs were meet.

After being hit by a distracted driver at high speed, I was unable to receive medical treatment for my wounds (which had become infected). Despite having my own health insurance, no doctors outside the emergency room would see me without a writ of guarantee from an attorney. I saw their reviews here, so I had Ben Abbott & Assoc. represent my case. Now I wish I never had heard of them. After a few months of treatment, and several delayed procedures, my treatment was cut-off without warning (regardless of scheduled procedures which had been pending my attorney's approval). I wasn't compensated for my lost wages, and had to settle for the amount of the insured's coverage, as I was informed that even if I won a civil case, the defendant could simply declare bankruptcy. The only reason I believe they have such high ratings is because they offered a cash award if a review was left when I settled my case. I had to settle without paying the hospital bills just to keep my home from foreclosure. Now I'm still unable to work, lost my job, my health & disability insurance, and have zero options for financial or physical recovery. Never trust a law firm that can afford NFL commercials and offers payments for reviews!
