Staff is just disappointing. It was always difficult to get a response during our stay, and they refused to give us a second key to our door, stating that the key pad counts as a second key. That same keypad literally died on us as we were moving out, and guess what? We had no second key nor batteries to fix it. I also wanted to note that upon move-in, I asked my husband to verify the address, and a staff member said usually its the woman that knows the address and the man that asks haha. We do not have time for your heteronormative jokes. Please unlearn this. My inability to remember a new address on the day of move-in had nothing to do with gender, and everything to do with being mentally and physically drained. I was actually quite uncomfortable to have a stranger placing those roles on me and my husband, because we worked very hard to find a flow that works for us. I know you were trying to be funny, but you just stressed us out. And before you say its not that deep please remember that there was a time in history when you wouldnt have been able to make the same wage as your male colleagues. Not until 1963. Please keep it to yourself next time, and educate yourselves on the harm of gender roles and assumptions. Thank you.

Lol so I moved out on 7/22 and got a move out bill for over $800 for things that Included resurfacing counter tops and other bogus charges. Keep in mind their maintenance team messed up when changing out my water filter months before moving out which caused my entire apt to flood. We had to have an emergency water company come out and rip out carpet, etc. I asked MULTIPLE times for them to come replace the carpet and they never did. The company that came to fix everything and had to rip out the carpet told me that the office told them they could not replace it. What? So I sit without proper carpet for a good 4-5 months without them doing anything and they want to send ME a bill? Lol please show me where the counters were damaged. Sounds to me like you are changing countertops for the upgrade and are rolling the expenses over. They keep your deposit, charge you for ridiculous things and dont replace what they f up. Take that how you want
