City Square Lofts

So are these low income or not? I am new here and looking for a affordable 3bdrm,asap.

So I lived here for about 3 and a half years. I moved out Oct 31st 2023. The saddening thing is when I first moved there I enjoyed it but after dealing with rude management, constant issues with my ledger tenants leaving random notes on my door accusing me of smoking cigarettes inside of the apartment ( which I DO NOT SMOKE) among other things I hate to say that moving out was the best thing I could have done it became stressful living there especially when Renae was in charge. Upon me moving out the movers neglected to grab some belongings I had in the apartment. I emailed and asked if I could retrieve those items and I never got a response about those items and I never will at this point because it is now December going on January of 2023. No one should be stressed out in a place where they lay their head. Yea it looks nice but the headache was not worth it.

I've been here almost three months now and love this property! Betty has helped with any (small) issues and maintenance even brought me a portable AC unit when my AC went out and promptly fixed it the next morning. Professional front office and maintenance staff, beautiful apartment, clean property. Very happy to be a resident here and hope to be here for a long time. Highly recommend.

Thieves. Thieves. Thieves. If you can avoid living here, do it at all cost. Betty will rip you off, call you a liar, and wont do anything to make sure the tenants are happy. If you enjoy a peaceful living arrangement, city square lofts is NOT the place. They look nice on the outside but this property has MOLD, PLUMBING, PEST, AND MANY MORE ISSUES. They will have a hard time keeping this place occupied just off the office management alone.

Extremely rude office staff, if I could put one star I would. Not helpful at all, and talk to one as if they are better than you. Definitely do not recommend to even waste time looking to live here. Trying to find a way to contact anyone higher up but have no luck.
