        We were extremely disappointed when we arrived to find that the queen size bed in one of the rooms is in fact a fold out couch situation. When we called the company, they said this counts as a bed. A true mattress versus a fold out couch is a world of difference for comfort when sleeping, and now we dont know where people are going to sleep.

        The house we rented was not in good condition. The floors were so warped in some spots that it hurt to walk on them barefoot. There was a gap about an inch wide in the door to the porch. The swimming pool and hot tub were both dirty. I could go on and on. In addition, we reached out to the property management company and they pretty much gave us the run around. Didn't call back when they said they would.
