        Got there to find it dirty, a crew was sent out and they Cleaned it. This condo needs a makeover and some new balcony doors that the wind blows thru. I recommend not staying at Sand and Sea 406 it is in dire need of improvement see the attached photos. My wife rented it, what good review was written we would like to know

        My Galveston Getaway was great!! Decided to book a last minute long weekend to Galveston, booked on Thurs morning to arrive Thurs night, and they were great about contacting immediately to review details, go over after-hours check-in and provided 24/7 contact info in case we had any troubles. I primarily worked with Brian and wow, hes one heck of a travel guide! He was awesome with loads of food and activity recommendations and I so wish we had more than three nights to do everything he suggested! Next time.

        It was ok. Owner and management was nice and helpful but the water heater went out and took a week to fix, which they compensated for it by reimbursing $150One of the air ducts detached from the vent and after reaching out a couple of times via email, we received no response.

      We manage privately owned properties and not all of them are what some would consider luxurious - however, we do our best to accurately depict the units in our photos and descriptions and to price them according to their condition, decor, furnishings, etc. The guest who reserved the condo (not this name) notified us of some dirty ceiling fans and air vent covers - we immediately sent someone and the guests said they were pleased with what we had done and we didn't hear back again during their month-long stay. The guest who stayed and made the reservation left us a good review. I certainly do appreciate constructive feedback but according to our registered guest we did an ok job of describing the unit and addressing the issue that was raised during their stay. Again - costructive, accurate feedback is always appreciated. The closet door with the lock, like most properties in Galveston, houses the owner's personal belongings.
