        Been here a couple times its a clinic ya known beggars cant be choosers but when I was dealing with a pregnancy I went here and the doctor guy was super passive aggressive and like low key rude to me :/ healthcare without compassion is just mad science

        Top-notch service at West Isle Urgent Care! All the staff were friendly and efficient, and Dr. Zompa was attentive, patient, and professional. Excellent. I highly recommend this facility, and will return as and when the need arises. Many thanks to all at West Isle Urgent Care.

        Absolutely disgusting place! Was seen Friday after falling down the stairs, was told I was fine and to return to work on Monday. Went to utmb the next day to find out my ankle was broken. I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! They didnt care to listen nor do they care about the patient. When I called to complain I was brushed aside like it wasnt their problem. Really, Dont waist your time.
