        I cannot thank or praise highly enough Tiffany M. on 2nd floor Day Surgery. My Dad's doctors office mixed up times and places he needed to be so she straightened it all out. My Dad is 83 and we live an hour away so the Dr. mixing up appointments by 3 hrs is a pretty big deal. Tiffany smoothed everything out and was a major Blessing. Also Nurse Laine A. could not have been more kind, professional and helpful. Everyone on the 2nd, 4th and 6th floor that tended to him were the same. So from start to finish their services were top notch. Even the exist nurse Katrina went above and beyond. A complete contrast to last month when he was on the 10th floor, it was a NIGHTMARE. I won't get into that now but if you find yourself on the 10th floor pray that Frank is working because he was the only kind, helpful and professional one there.

        By far the most awful experience ever. There are zero communication skills between the nurses and anyone you come in contact with. Been here for almost 2 1/2 days with no results until 5 hours before my husband got discharged and thats only because I had to keep asking over over again the same questions to anyone that came into his room. I asked for a drink for my husband and was told they didnt have anything to drink to go to a vending machine.Famous phrase was Ill go check and never would hear anything back. I only gave 1 star because there was a very nice gentleman that went out of his way for my family. Big Ups to Rian for showing compassion and just being understanding and genuinely nice( night shift nurse). 2 thumbs down to Ashley (daytime nurse) . She was not that friendly , hard to find and stayed scrolling on fb everytime I ran into her.
