        Rosalie was very helpful and understanding. Before I had time to sign my tax return I fell and broke some ribs ;therefore, I was bedridden. She took extra time to work with my son and his power of attorney to get my taxes taken care of and sent off before the deadline. It is so important in a business for the person one is working with to show real concern and care for her clients. I will be returning to work with Rosalie next year.

        Staff was great and very helpful. I loved the convenience, but me and my wife both agreed that next year we will do our own taxes (which we have always done) because of the price (over $300).
