Im only giving it two stars because I received my hookah . And it pulled correctly . But lets talk the experience, when we walked in there was a guy at the counter . He looked like he hated his job. He had such low energy and no care in the world . We were respectful and communicative. We asked questions about the flavors , like whats the best one blah blah blah . He barely wanted to answer those questions . We chose our flavor because literally wasnt getting nothing out of this guy . We sat down waited for the hookah . No music playing for a solid 15 mins . Just silence , started playing music on my phone just to have some kind of vibe going . Finally received our coal after wards . The flavors we chose tasted like cleaning chemicals . So we asked for a new one , once we did he said itll be a $8 add on . Which was crazy , because we asked you whats a good flavor and we were disappointed in flavor. Why not work with us , but whatever . Why the extra charge . Anyways overall just a boring experience for my first time at a hookah lounge in Galveston . Never coming back , bad first time experience . You guys need to level up on the Customer service side .

Went around 2am. Got the marsala fries.$6 for a regular portion of seasoned fries. Not worth it in my opinion
