I have had a working relationship with Brian Becker for almost 10 years. He first served in the role of property manager. He always contacted me to discuss any repairs so that I was both informed and made the final decision. When the property became vacant or there was a lease renewal, Brian always contacted me to discuss the lease price. The owner-property manager relationship seemed effortless and was easily successful. When I decided to sell my condominium in the spring of 2022, I called Brian to discuss the listing. Under the new name of his business Absolute Realty, I listed the property for sale at the sales price he recommended. The condominium sold in less than a week for well over the initial list price. As usual, it was easy to communicate with him during all phases of the sales transaction. . During the ten-year business relationship, Brian was truly positive and always a professional. I would use his services and expertise if I bought another investment property in Galveston.
