After multiple special assessments at our condo under Rapp Management, we decided to sell. As a former Asset Manager myself, Real Estate Broker since 1989, the service they provide is very limited, their "management" agreement states they do not walk the property, the on site limited staff is made to work as independent contractors for the HOA, Rapp Management agreement absolves them of any liability. Very poor management, very expensive fees. Happy to now be living at Palisade Palms with real professional management.

They do not care about you or your property (I own a unit at a place they manage, so I do not have a choice about using them.). They believe lies and try to pass off as no big deal legitimate issues you have of safety for others as well as safety for yourself. This is a repeating issue, so the excuses they used this year mean nothing to me concerning the issue itself, since it's just another excuse for non-communication. Thankfully I was home and nothing bad actually happened, except that people lied about me, but I have witnesses so I'm okay with people trying to save themselves by trying to make me look bad.

A management company that does not answer their phones or return emails does not deserve a favorable rating. One star is generous, in my opinion.
