Ben was not only informative, but was extremely patient with my fianc and I as we bombarded him with first time homebuyer questions. Colleen and Vanessa, part of his team, were also amazing, and truly just helped to streamline the entire process. They even followed up on necessary documents they hadn't received from us yet, which I truly appreciated since my fianc didn't always update me. They all kept us informed of where we were in the process, and set us with realistic expectations, which ended up being spot on. I truly can not praise them enough. We will be using Ben and his team again in the future, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.
