Sean O'Donohoe: Allstate Insurance

Called to sell me insurance. I wasnt interested and the abrasiveness of the rep insured Ill never do business with them. Theyve left me at lots of voicemails since then. Normally Id answer the phone and say not interested but I just have no desire to speak to them again as it took forever to get off the phone the first time. I just deleted 2 more voicemails because they cant take an hint and figured if Im spending time doing that I can also spend time leaving a review and blocking the number. I wouldn't have left this review if youd stopped calling, but after a month they earned it.

I needed renters insurance for my new apartment. I called Allstate and Mark Blancken was able to help me. He was kind, informational, direct, and funny. He made the process an absolute breeze! And was able to find the perfect policy for me that was half of what Appfolio quoted me. Mark will be my go-to guy for insurance until he retires!
