West End Cleaning

WEC has been cleaning our vacation condo for several years. The condo always looks fantastic once theyre finished, and everything Ive asked them do has been completed. A couple of times Ive needed to make last minute changes, and they always been able accommodated my request. I greatly appreciate all the staff at WEC. Service: Cleaning

On Aug. 1,2021 I just witnessed this company vehicle run 2 red lights. One almost caused an accident.

I gave this company an opportunity to clean my vacation rental based on their reviews. From the very 1st cleaning, there were issues with areas not being cleaned, items not being restocked or refilled. I would take pictures and emailed them to the office but there were always excuses short staffed, crew didnt know my property, work in progress but NOT ONCE was I offered to have the crew come back out to redo/or address the issues. I was very understanding and tolerant when there were issues and I would spend hours cleaning/restocking after the cleaning crew. Several times my home was left unlocked and I was told crew was overwhelmed by the cleaning but locking up has nothing to do with being overwhelmed. At first all my emails/calls/concerns would be addressed promptly but as more issues continued my calls/text/emails would go unanswered. I would have to continue to follow up and I would either be treated with unprofessional manner or given excuses about illnesses that prevented unreturned calls/text/emails. Finally after many issues that were affecting my rental business, I decided to move on to another cleaners.

Do not hire this company! the owners daughter cleaner our condo and within the two hour time frame she cleaned a lot of our personal property, condo decor and cleaning supplies disappeared. I had just taken inventory too! When we called and asked about it the owner said well it's a vacation rental and things can go missing. I was in such disbelief! I understand things can go missing but not from the locked owners closet that only the cleaning company has a key to!!!

They have been cleaning our beach house on the wet end now for a bout a year. All I can say is it is always done on time and spotless. Plus they are very trust worthy. You can't go wrong with West End Cleaning.
