        I have emailed the email address on the managers card regarding our stay and never heard back. we stayed here March 30, 2024. Our room had no hot water they had to reset the breaker twice, such little water pressure we couldn't shower so we had to take baths and that took forever to fill up! Then my spouse got stuck in the elevator! the fire dept had to come get him out. I have tried reaching out for some compensation for these issues and no one has answered.

        WARNING! This place is under major renovations and is a mess. No way they should be charging what they are right now for the inconvenience. Rooms were partially renovated. Showers were horrible rusty shower head and stains on tub. Very low water pressure. Front desk workers were very nice but were dealt a bad situation.

        Made reservations and drove the 3+ hours to hotel only to be informed by clerk that due to renovations we did not have a reservation. The best they could do was move us to a different hotel on the island. Not once were we informed about this, or contacted in anyway. The clerk was very non-chalant about the matter but did agree to let us cancel our reservation without a fee. Not impressed with Choice hotels if this is how they conduct business

        Rooms: Nice rooms and peaceful people in other rooms Nearby activities: Quite and peaceful. Safety: There was no cussing or inappropriate content Walkability: Had a lot of space Food & drinks: It was pretty delicious
