This is our favorite vacation resort, two heated pools and one working hot tub. The other one has not been working for some time but we don't mind. We normally rent through Airbnb and they never disappoint
Nearby activities: The seawall Beach is right across the street. It is also near 61st Street fishing pier
Walkability: You can pretty much walk to Walmart and restaurants and the beach and a fishing pier

I have mixed reviews, we stayed here at an Airbnb, the individual unit we were in had been remodeled and updated, however the facility as a whole is in slight disrepair. There are many areas of rust and breakdown that are visibly noticeable in the parking structures and stairwells. The pools/hot tub were clean and very enjoyable. Location is fantastic, as it irla directly across from the beach and lots of shopping and food options nearby
Nearby activities: Food, shopping, beach all within an easy walk from the complex.
Walkability: Fantastic walkability

I was here on vacation. The first day that we stayed, we saw a few cockroaches. The room was small, and it was kinda dirty, especially the dishes. It was nice being next to the beach, and the pool was clean.
