        Scammers and charlatans. All profits from the company goes to the CEO and not to grid maintenance and upgrades normal practice I know, but I have on average 2 to 3 power outages a month. Get your s*** together

        My friend has been trying to get help and get her gas back on but nobody has been trying to help. She's given multiple contact numbers but nobody has been out to reconnect her gas. She's been waiting for weeks and no help at all. Now she has to wait even longer. This is not how you treat your customers. Not at all. Whoever you hire to reconnect gas in Dickinson TX needs to be fired. This is absurd. If you have a full time Job they won't work with you to help you get your gas turned back on. Very unprofessional.
