These are awful people ,much less employees at the CVS on Broadway in Galveston, Texas. I have a cold
I asked for the largest box of Advil cold and sinus liquid gels. After ringing me up I noticed he gave me the wrong advil cold and sinus. I asked "James" to give me the correct medication. He called his manager ( a male ) and some overweight hispanic lady employee kept interrupting. They refused to give me what I had asked for and it is not a prescription medication. James kept arguing with me about what happened. I asked him very politely the first time to stop talking ,that he was making the situation much worse and to please stop talking. He continued. I left the store. I will never step foot into a CVS pharmacy. I call to have my online account cancelled; it can not be done online. I called and spoke to Alla she kept telling me I did not have and account, although I got her number from my account, after twenty minutes and giving my email address, she had it wrong. I asked to speak to her supervisor and I requested someone that English was their first language. Christine got on the line and promptly said she would transfer me to someone at CVS . She transferred me to " County wide financial services. What a poor excuse for a company.

Candice was my cashier but she also showed me where everything was, not just pointing me in the general direction. While I was shopping she was stocking shelves. She stayed busy and I admired that

Ms. O is the best! Always kind, always professional. The workers, not so much. Alicia comes off as a sweetheart but she really isn't. Not sure why she's working in the area, she doesn't fit. I specifically discussed with her what rx needed to be reissued. 1. She act as if it couldn't be done. I then say, are you telling me you can't see if my doctor won't do it? She then says, let me see if it'll let me. Claims to have sent the request right. I follow up. This bird, literally sent it to a doctor that is no longer my doctor and hasn't been!!! Why on earth would you do that? Also, causing further delay! Like are you serious? Then Porsha, she don't know how to talk on the phone. I mean, consistently talking over me. Like, are you okay? Are you of age, to work in the pharmacy? Because, how are you as old as you are (could tell by her voice she isn't young) but, you acting and sounding like a 15/16 year old talking over persons. It was insane! Can only imagine what senior citizens are going through, dealing with these unprofessional people. It's disgusting
