        I asked them to make a large poster board photo print of my wife for her funeral. They reply by email, send you an invoice and you pay 50% up front. I did all of that, got a receipt and I called to pick them up and was told they didn't receive my payment, so they didn't make my poster! Allison admitted that it was their error and apologized, but this display was to be the MAIN focal point at our funeral! We had them make a quicky not as good version, so we'd at least have something. Would they refund my money? NOPE. This is completely unacceptable and I don't recommend this "business" if you need someone to depend on.

        Friendly staff.....Quick service.....Low prices.....Got my prints ready quickly on a short notice.....Only place I'll go to when I'm working in Galveston and needing architectural and structural drawings for a jobsite. Only inconvenience is they close at 3 pm.... Cool staff, quick service, and low pricing still deserve 5 stars.
