The West End Marina and Restaurants

We went for dinner, got there at 6:30 pm, didnt get our food until almost 8:30 pm. Food was lukewarm at best. Despite all that, we were not compted on anything, $130 billno manager came to speak with us or anything.

It has so much potential, but that's about it. My family and I were really excited since the place is pretty rad but the service and food were very poor. They sat us down quickle but it took a minute for us to get menus. Then it was a while just for us to get waters.. waitress was kind but you can tell she was either very tired or didn't care. We couldn't get lemons for our waters until I reminded her. Food took forever to come and it was super meh... to top it off, (for the quality) is super over priced... definitely not coming back. It's such a shame they have such an awesome place and it's just being wasted with mediocre service and bad food.

Mala is amazing. She was always there when we needed her and very fast service. Would definitely recommend to come see her. Love this place!!

First things first, our waitress Colby Nicole was great and very welcoming. But there was a male waiter that helped her bring the food out who was extremely rude and disrespectful to my sister-in-law. He brought out the wrong dish, and when she tried to tell him no one at our table ordered that dish, he was adamant that someone did and he sat it down anyway. Then theres the food. It was not great. The fried shrimp had no taste, it was just fried. I had the crab pot which came out 15 minutes after everyone elses food at the table. I posted a picture and as you can see there is absolutely no seasoning. I had to ask for some on the side.
