Had a wonderful experience with this company's driver. He was very respectful, explained what was wrong with my vehicle, and towed my car to the shop and had it fixed by the morning. Very reasonable pricing and would definitely recommend him to fix any of my vehicles. Rocky was his name is believe. Very nice gentlemen.

While driving down I-45S a D&P driver was holding up traffic in the left lane doing 35 Mph in a 60 all because he was too busy playing on his phone. Since I was a passenger in the vehicle behind him, I started snapping photos of the wrecker driver who had no care in the world about the safety of everyone around him. His face was buried in his phone. I took photos of his actions, plates and Texas license number. Then he noticed while we were passing him that I was snapping pictures of him and the truck. That's where the wrecker driver became aggressive riding our bumper and telling get us to "Pull over!" Then he proceeded to pull up beside us on my passenger side. I told him "We were not pulling over, Turing him in and he needed to get off his cell phone!" Then I called the company. The gentleman that answered the phone couldn't have cared less. He didn't ask for plate numbers, pics, nothing and said he would "handle it" in the most unconvincing tone as if I was bothering him. You would think a wrecker driver who sees casualties, horrible wrecks, etc... would know to stay off his cell phone while driving. Very dangerous, inconsiderate and rude company.
