        Just want to send a shout out to Tara, Brian, Maricela and John for working hard making the property better. Ive lived here 13 years and I think the management and maintenance team now is some of the best the place has had. Keep up the good work!

        Everything is always broken. The water heater constantly fails. There is no water for weeks, or no hot water for days at a time. The maintenance person is always some random guy. They even had a registered sex offender working as maintenance. The pool is always close. These apartments are always under "New Management"-scam. The managers are always unskilled, unknowledgeable, and underpaid. Money is constantly missing from tentent's account. Make sure to Screenshot your tentent account, because the owner can change information in your account(proven in court). Last but not least, No parking. Plus, they always tow tentent's car. Good Luck

        I am glad that we have New management in the office Bernadette is smart and handles things fast and the New maintenance man Javier is very knowledgeable and fast. I cant wait to see what good help and good residents can do together. :-)
