Starwood's internet sales rep, Molly, responded quickly to my online request for pricing, giving me the detailed bottom line price quote on the KRX I was interested in, even though the dealership wasn't open. Within thirty minutes Rachael, from the dealership, (still after hours) contacted me and set up a time to meet. The next day we arrived, and Rachael had the paperwork ready, walking us through the process. The sales manager handled our financing while Michael and his crew got the accessories installed. It was flawless. Even though I had submitted several requests for price quotes with different dealerships in the North Texas area, Starwood had me out the door with my KRX before the others even contacted me. What a professional and friendly staff. Couldn't have gone better.
