        In early December 2023, Ms. Kori said she would send me a quote on a specific model to order but never did. I had a quote from another place. She said to wait until January because Heritage Housing was getting a new manager who was ready to sell some manufactured homes, and she said she thought they could beat or match the other offer. Ms. Kori never got back to me. Its now February. Working with her has been frustrating. Shes constantly delaying and forgetting. I can take a hint. Im going with the other place in Oklahoma. Edit: I appreciate you trying to contact me. But I no longer want to do business with Heritage Housing. It turns out I waited so long on yall that the place in Oklahoma no longer had the same offer. Im very frustrated. When I first came to Heritage Housing in-person, Ms. Kori wrote my contact information on a form. When I checked in via text a few weeks later, she said she lost all the numbers on her phone. She LITERALLY had a form with my info on it, including my phone number and email address. I reminded her via text who I was. I attempted to buy other used models. I tried multiple times to buy from yall. I remained flexible. She couldnt even bother to get back to me about the model I originally inquired about. Nor for the used repos I said Id be willing to buy. No follow-up. At all. Ever. Each time, I had to contact her. I literally had to see the used repos on Facebook and ask about them. She never helped me. She kept me perpetually on the back burner for MONTHS. I will say, she was always friendly. There were just too many excuses and delays.
