I bought my automower a couple years before getting in contact with David from HiTech Yards and I had several struggles that I had to figure out on my own. David has been fantastic with customer service, very professional, and has gone above and beyond to do what's best and right for me as the customer and consumer. He also did an excellent job doing a clean install on our property that barely has any noticeable lines in grass or concrete. I purchased an Automower from David but did not require installation. But David has helped me via phone service many times with operational questions as well as helping me diagnose a boundary wire failure. I highly recommend his service.

Installed my new 450x automower. The quality was off the charts. While working on my house if they found things not right, with how something by my builder was installed incorrectly, showed me what was wrong. If you want an automower, there is no one better. David never came back to repair multiple irrigation lines that he and his crew damaged after many attempts to get them back out to repair them. Tried for many months but he only provided excuses only (busy with other installs). Per my quote, he was to hand dig areas but instead he only staples the low voltage lines on top of the dirt. This is somewhat ok but I should not have been charged for something they didnt ultimately do. If you hire this company, be sure to check all of your systems and anything else they could potentially have damaged before paying David.
