        The people at this office are great. The problem I have is the claims. I have 3 leaks in 3 rooms . I filed a claim last year and was given a few hundred dollars to fix it myself. I did the repairs myself . Skip to this year and a hail storm and we are leaking again. I filed a new claim and bam your roof is good. I got the claim paperwork today that said I didn't do the repairs. I got water filling the glasses in my kitchen cabinets from the water coming in my roof.
