This builder was next level good. He was easy to work with, fast, delivered a high quality product and somehow managed to be reasonably priced too. He made us feel like we were his only clients when I know he had other projects going on. We fully expected this build to be a painful process, because we work in real estate and there are always unexpected surprises, but Cody made it completely painless and even enjoyable. He handled everything with utmost professionalism and we really didnt have any surprises, well not the bad ones anyway. There were a lot of good surprises though, like the screened in porch turned out way better than we had anticipated and the kitchen looked much nicer than we could have ever imagined. This firm is first class and we wouldnt hesitate to use them again. We will be highly recommending him to friends and family looking for a builder.

I have only one word to describe my overall experience with Mr. Boyd, MAGNIFICIENT! Our new Valley View home is just simply magnificent!!! He built us a resort type home out on 10 acres of wooded land in Valley View. Our home is MAGNIFCIENT in every way. The attention to detail, the quality, the beauty and splendor of the end result. In my business, our mission is to WOW every customer with the level of service we provide. Cody Boyd has WOWed me and my wife Vikki! Further, he has a great foreman/manager, in David Anderson!!! They make a great team!

Cody did not disappoint on the build of our dream home. The two biggest things that mattered to us when choosing a builder was honesty, and communication. Cody never disappointed us on either of those. Not to mention our home came out to be perfect. We receive constant compliments from people driving by and friends and family who come over.
