So happy I moved out last spring. Only stayed for a year. The first few months were awesome. Seemed like they went through a maintenance staff change which took too long to figure out. Not sure they ever did. Nobody was picking up dog poop but nobody was filling up the poop bag stations. The trash bins around the poop bag areas wouldn't be cleaned out and would be left overflowing. It got so bad that tenants were providing the bags themselves. Pest control is paid monthly but they seemed to start getting really lazy about that. The people in the office were always nice but also didn't seem to really do anything. Another review mentioned weather damage to one of the buildings that did not get fixed for a very long time. Pieces of the building would fall off (right above cars in the parking lot) anytime the wind picked up. When we decided not to renew they were raising the rent. The cost to live there is not worth the trouble of living there. Sadly, Gainesville doesn't have much to offer for gated apartment communities. Martino Group needs to pay better attention to their properties and how they are run.
