        This was the weirdest most uncomfortable experience Ive ever encountered at an eye doctor. Upon arrival Dr. Stovia Brown did not greet my daughter an I at all and her energy was very off. I asked them to cancel my appointment in the middle of doing so because she was so uninterested. Ive never experienced nothing like it! I chose this Pearle Vision is specific because I saw where they had great reviews and when I called to schedule Mrs. Debbie was extremely pleasant! Thank you so much Mrs. Debbie for being so genuine and welcoming over the phone and in person!

        I recently visited Pearle Vision and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, they were incredibly organized and efficient, making the whole process a breeze. Not only were they punctual and kept to our appointment time, but they also made sure to answer all my questions and concerns with such kindness and patience. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire exam, and I felt very comfortable in their care. Overall, I had an exceptional experience and am so grateful to have found such a wonderful optometrist. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of eye care services! 5 Stars!

        Had my appointment this morning and I was in and out! My biggest fear is always the blow test but my optometrist was calming and was the best experience I've ever had by far.

        Quality and service both are terrible, bought a glass and broken with in a month, I called them and they told me 50% off for the new one, but when I was there they said I have to give back my old glass, the reason is if I don't give old one they won't get new one from company!!! what a joke, if ppl lose their glasses this store will be closed eventually by no glasses, another lady there were also embarrassed, with the new one it broken again with same issue after another week and you'll need buy another one!!!

      We are sorry that you are unhappy with our service. We are always trying to do everything we can to make our customers happy. I want to remind you that you chose not to purchase the protection plan for your child's glasses at time of sale. Despite that, we gave you a 50% discount to replace the broken frame. A week later you came back with a broken frame again. Our company policy is to replace frame free of charge only if there is a manufacturing defect, which was not the case. We offered you a discount to replace the second broken frame. As a show of goodwill, we will replace the broken frame free of charge.
