Nancy and her partner came in and did a move out clean on my apartment. They did excellent work, and were able to schedule me in last minute, but with the same quality and services that would be expected if I were to schedule it weeks in advance. We hired this cleaning service to do a deep cleaning for a rental house move out. Nancy showed up almost an hour late, not to mention she wanted to be paid in full-cash in handas she quoted it, even before rendering services. This was the first red flag for us but being small business owners ourselves we wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. We came back several hours later to see that her and the other girl cleaning were still there and not yet done yet. My husband said it seemed they were struggling to even complete the job. We have two small children and needed to get home to take care of them so we paid her and she assured us they would complete the job. We come back the next day to find that every sink in the house hadnt been cleaned, counter tops still dirty, some of baseboards and floors still dirty and the thing that tip us over the edge was we found cigarette ashes in the house on the floor also. This cleaning service is a joke and so Im writing this to warn others of hiring these people. To be honest I feel if we would of paid her before services she would of just left not doing any of the work. DO NOT HIRE HER!!! I immediately texted and tried to get ahold of her and all I got was crickets. No refund nothing and we paid hundreds of dollars for their services. We ultimately had to clean the house ourselves because the work was so poor. I hope this saves someone else the money and time we were out hiring Nancy.
