        I have been calling the emergency hotline for 3 hours. I been sitting outside of my unit locked out for hours. NOBODY is responding to any of my messages that I am sending. Whats the point of having it, if u dont have nobody responding to it!??? WHATS A NUMBER I CAN REACH SOMEONE? I HAVE TO BE AT WORK AT 4AM!!

        My friend is in desperate need of a place to live so I took her here because I live close by and I noticed that their prices are on the affordable side. I must say that the application is tedious because its income restricted. If youre impatient don't even bother to waste yours or these workers time. Its a lot to go through just for one applicant so imagine the amount they go through on a daily basis. I watched the manager Juanita sit and helped every single applicant with their application. How does this lady have the time or patience? Because it was literally giving me a headache. But shes super nice. I think because she so direct people think shes rude. I must say that the way she attends to people and the small details, would make it worth while living here. Hopefully my friends application gets approved. Im not going to say the place is perfect, come on its cheap. But if youre in need of a roof over your head, move here and make your space as comfortable as possible for you and youll be ok. Just to be clear, dont expect luxury obviously this is not a luxury apartment if you look at the prices. Ill leave an updated review but for now this is where I stand.

        If you were thinking about moving here, think again. No one actually works in the office. When you call it goes to a cell phone, and the voicemail hasn't been setup so you can't leave a voicemail. I feel so bad for the people who live there now :( what a shame. I'm reaching out to the city to see why there isn't a management team. Oh and I'm sure I will get some kind of automated reply from the "Wildwood Branch Team" apologizing lol Update 3/12/24 Finally got ahold of someone named Amairany Garcia, she is an extremely rude person. I reported her to Jennifer Foote is from what I am told supervises that property.
