Stay far, far away from this company. Its been 7 weeks that we have been trying to get them to complete a job at our home. They took payment back in January to drill ten wells and run geothermal lines to our house. That part went fine. I notified them 7 weeks ago we were ready to finish the install. They had me go purchase pumps from a vendor in Ft.Worth, but then they went silent for 3 weeks. I called three times and emailed twice, but was completely ignored until I told their office staff that if I didn't hear from someone I was going to plant my butt in their office until they showed up. they finally texted me and set a date for 9 or 10 days later. No show, no call. They set another date the following week...the day of...canceled the appointment and rescheduled the next day. Next day comes and goes...no call no show. I tried to pay two other vendors to close out the job but the pumps they had me buy were something they had never seen before so, I am stuck dealing with them. Unless you are a big contract, this company doesnt care about you. My home build has been stalled because we don't have any AC. Can't do flooring or tile work until the AC is working. If we don't get some sort of resolution in the coming few days, I fear we will have to hire an attorney. Its ridiculous.
