Absolutely atrocious services. The delivery person was VERY RUDE and was using profanity in front of my children. Some 9f my Water was only 2/3 of the way filled and even had a metal taste in it so my husband just threw it all away. Disgusting! I tried to call to make a formal complaint about their delivery person but couldn't get threw to a person. Buyer beware! NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Very disappointed with their quoting process. Prior to the service I clearly asked about the approx cost and they mentioned between $160~$180. Now that they came and finished they came out with a $230 total bill.....ah because material costs went up. Well then you should of told me this on the phone and not last minute. I guess I need to look for an honest water filter company next year.

Not only do they offer a great home water solution but their team is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and professional. From the time they arrived to install the system, they were so focused and polite it made me want to hire them for my company's service team! What a great experience all the way around AND now I have a fantastic water system.

The service from this company can't be beat. The owners of this business...nicest people in the world. The products are best on the market and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the entire home water filter. We have one and have been very happy with it for 2 years now.
