Excellent service from Adrian and Logan!! Very thorough in checking for water damage. Removed all water and sewage in hallway and even cleaned and sprayed my showers bathtub and toilets with sanitizing disinfectants which were safe for humans and dogs to breathe. They even came over on a Saturday evening! So thankful for their kindness and professionalism. Very detailed and explained each procedure. Outstanding!! Thank you Adrian and Logan. LOL so this company reply that my issue is for payment lol. My issue is costumer service. Your tech said he would go EVERY day to check on the equipment. I call him the second day to see if he was coming (about 5 PM); he said I already went sir. I have cameras around my house and he did not even pull up in front of my house. You should check your GPS tracking! It might not be working. As for the rep, she was in a hurry to let me know I will have to pay, I tried to interrupt her to ask a few more questions and she keeps going and when she finish talking she just hang up. And the audacity of your reply just cracks me up LOL --------------------------------- Very bad experience with this company. From the technician saying he went to my house but he actually did not. To the reps on the phone hanging up on you. From beginning to end very bad experience, personnel do not care about costumer service at all.
