everyone on staff were professional but very caring I wasnt rushed thru or kept waiting what I liked best was they really cared and were very gentle and kind to my senior dog. We really liked Dr Sharp and Diana who took care of my Emma

I had to take my puppy there for an urgent consultation (she had swallowed some pills) and I was glad to be attended very quickly, specially because it was on Easter, had been in other places and they were closed.The staff and the doctor were very nice and professional.

They care at this facility was stellar. We had the unfortunate situation arrive where one of our dogs took a turn for the worse and we had to make that awful decision. First the check in process was quick and painless. We got right in and they showed us to a comfort room specifically for this purpose. Not a cold sterile environment but a warm cozy area with a couch and doggie bed. We were able to discuss our options and they quickly got us setup. Second the vet was fantastic. They explained everything thoroughly so we knew just what to expect. Finally we were able to be with our pet through it all, wrapped in a blanket in our arms. I highly recommend this facility just based on there flawless support through the most awful process and would drive the extra miles again in an emergency.
