        We have been coming here for 6 years (when it was originally Legacy Vet), and today I reached my breaking point of putting up with this place. The customer service is absolutely horrendous, especially when it switched to a Banfield. 20 min wait time on hold when calling, waiting an extended amount of time when dropping off our dogs and coming to pick them upupwards of 30 min. Staff seems very disorganized, as I have to call multiple times a day when dropping them off to check in when they say they will call to update. Such terrible service.highly recommend NOT using this veterinary.

        Weve had Bandfield wellness plan for quite a while now. Unfortunately, we always seem to have problems regarding our plan. They have good customer service but, I just feel like the wellness plan is best for puppies. For elderly doggies, I would definitely find another vet that can help you take care of your baby.
