I have been working with this dealer for over five years. They are very straightforward with great work and business ethics. They have excellent skilled mechanics and are fair and open with you. Update 2: Took the car to my go to car shop and they mentioned the shaft is bent, therefor making a strange sound when turning. I am starting to feel apprehensive about coming back to them. Giving them 2 stars now. Update 1: The car is great but come to find out, the car has third party springs installed. This was confirmed at the Tesla service center. Make sure you check out the car throughly and ask for the car history. Docked one star because of that. Just purchased my Tesla from Pristine Auto and it was the easiest purchase of my life. As supposed to big dealerships, they give you their best price up front and there is no back and forth with finance or the manager. You talk directly to the owners. Pierre and Roderick were great and I will gladly drive from Austin again for my next car!
