        I visited last month and was charged my copay at that time. I just had a random copay charge from this clinic for 4am today, over a month later. I tried calling and didnt get an answer. Super sus, reported the charge, and wont return to this clinic.

        The fair skinned black woman thats a receptionist is rude. She had me on hold for a long time before I could even schedule an appointment to come in today to get testing. Very nasty attitude. I will never be coming here to get serviced and found another clean and helpful urgent care instead. If I remembered her name, Id report her to corporate but I couldnt catch her name since she said it fast. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

      Hi Chelsey- Our billing department has reached out to you to go over your explanation of benefits from your insurance company and your patient responsibility as determined by your insurance. As a reminder, when placing a card on file to cover your balance, charges are processed after your insurance carrier returns remittance advice with your balance owed per your contract with your insurance carrier. If you have questions about your insurance coverage and why you owe certain co-insurance, deductibles etc, please contact your insurance provider directly. Our billing department will be happy to go over your outstanding responsibility with you in detail.
