        Not the best title company. Their user interface for status and passing documents back and forth was super nice, but they dont accept cashiers checks at closing so you have to wire money the day before. This is really inconvenient when you dont get your final closing disclosure until the very last minute. Overall, Title forwards policies are not customer oriented. They seem to just work for them.
