The store itself is a little pricy, but the employees are very helpful! I had Demi assist me today and she is just wonderful. I definitely recommend anybody who is looking to try new teas to come here.

BUT you will pay a price for it. Very fancy and nice selection, but WAY (3x) overpriced. Find a local non branded tea shop. Good tea shouldn't be this expensive. Initial sales people must be on commission since they try to get you to buy too much for average person. This franchise is not my cup of tea.

Not sure if it is specific to the location at Stonebriar in Frisco, TX or from the top-down but the store turned me and some other customers away because they "did not make specialty teas on weekends." This was about 4pm on Friday. The store said that it was too busy to make anything but pre-brewed teas (all of which were fruity tasting teas, no variety between the 4 beyond that.) There were zero customers in the store, but too busy to make tea. The employees were doing nothing but talking to each other and turning away tea orders. From a business perspective it makes no sense to be paying 4 employees to actively NOT make money or tea when it's their job. You lost at least $15 from me, specifically, as I was going to order 3. Instead, I was turned away inside of an empty store with inactive employees.
