This place will nickel and dime you.
If you miss class due to illness - they charge you to make it up. They dont care. They rather you come if you/your child is sick to spread to everyone in the water.
Spring break plans and school
Officially off? Yep, Charged for missed class
Only time you dont get charged is death in the family on the day of class.
They dont keep instructors. Lots of turnovers. Never the same instructors.
If the instructor cant make that class, they text you 15 min before class to cancel. Who cares if youre already driving there and spent 20min chasing down your kid to get ready and changed.
This place is not welcoming.
Avoid the whole chain.

This is our 3rd Emler location due to multiple moves and we prefer this location. The attentive nature of the staff to students and their safety is unmatched. The curriculum and instructors are effective and the boys progression is closely monitored. The facilities are always clean so changing is easy (no scary corners to avoid) which this Mom appreciates!

I would like to share my experience with Emler swim school of Frisco West. We have enrolled our kid last year May and we completed couple of levels(advanced and super beginners). When we are enrolling for Extreme beginners, I have asked them if there is any quick way to complete the semester early? They said we can have 2 sessions per week and complete the semester in 2 months, we said yes and enrolled her twice a week but we were getting charged more than the expected amount and I inquired what is going on they said we are charging 2 classes per week and this will go on till May 2024. When I spoke to the person who enrolled our kid she said no our policy doesnt work like that and they do not want to make any change and charge me $1300 plus for one semester. Is this how you do business? It takes more than one year for a kid to complete 3 levels and to learn basic swimming.
Think before you enroll your kid here. Things are very tricky and they play with your money. Please avoid this school.
