        I had the worst experience with Sunglass hut! I do in-store purchases all the time but during thanksgiving I made an online purchase and the product was missing for which I raised an incident with Sunglass hut but still havent received any resolution on the issue. This is very disappointing and frustrating as I have paid for the product and I didnt get it!!

        Zero stars, I purchased the protection plan and have had no success with having my claim resolved. Customer service is not helpful at all when calling and or emailing, they give you the run arounds, Ive been to the store where I purchased the plan and the same rep that sold the plan was rude and only knows how to push the product they have no knowledge how it really works, overall its been a frustrating experience and still have not received a response other than my claim is still under review..its been over a month at this point
