        EDIT: I have contacted Frisco Sports Center. They apologized and explained the process of the work. As he as said, he has no control over the actual fabric and quality of the shirt. It was a very sincere conversation. Patrick took the time to explain everything. There was no rush to get me off the phone. This is customer service that I haven't seen in a long time. I've changed my rating from 1 to 5 because of this. First Review. Quality of shirts are subpar. One wash and the shoulder to sleeve seam is torn. It isn't the thread that came loose. It was the actual fabric that came apart.

        **GOT TRICKED**MARKING UP OLD MERCH!!**Went in to buy a shirt and upon getting it to the car noticed I paid $30 for an shirt that was originally $23. Not cool, If you shop here, perhaps ask the original price so you at least are aware they marked things up and you can decide for yourself if you want to pay more for something someone else paid less for before you. Someone paid $23 when the shirt was new, but I had to pay more, why? Do you people realize many of us who shop here also work in the district which means we are public servants of the families of the district, which means we dont earn much as educators? Not cool to your customers, very disappointing. As I am aware you dont make the shirts, you print the designs, so how much did the screen print increase on the shirt while it was sitting on the hanger?- none, but according to you, 25% (This also defeats the "teacher" discount, which I didn't get either by the way) Not happy.

        I know the default "has" to be a 5 star for anything as that's what the algorithm needs but 5 stars is for establishments that excel expectations. They were well stocked, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with - a flawless experience for what I expected. Thanks for being a good business with fair prices!

      We apologize that this happened with your shirt, however please understand that we are not actually manufacturing these shirts. We are an apparel decorator which means we are only screen printing, embroidering, etc on the same brands of shirts that almost everybody in our industry is using. We sometimes catch shirts with holes in them during production and replace them before the order reaches our customer, but on occasion one can slip through or have a tear that occurs after the fact like what has happened with yours. When there is a product defect, we will always work with you to rectify the situation if you give us the opportunity. As a general rule of thumb with any review, most businesses would really appreciate if you bring any issues up with them directly and give them the opportunity to correct the issue prior to leaving a poor review. We'd love for you to consider removing this review and reaching out to us directly to fix this for you.

      We are very sorry that this happened. While it is not an excuse, we recently had to undergo a change to our point of sale system which required us manually transitioning several thousand items from one system into another and retagging all items. If you look closer they are completely different tags, not just in price. We certainly do not, and have never tried to intentionally deceive anybody with our pricing and appreciate you pointing out to us that there is a mistake on this item. We went out into our store, and this item for all of the other schools were marked at $26, and the original tag underneath also says $26, so realistically this item for Centennial was miss tagged twice ($23, and then $30). We are human and mistakes happen just like you can easily find items miss labeled or miss priced at any grocery or department store, but this was an honest mistake that occurred during our transition. As a small family business, we take great care of teachers all throughout the District year round and have great respect and appreciation for what you do (as evidenced by the fact that we even offer a teacher discount). Anybody who regularly works with us will attest to that. Please accept our sincere apologies, and if you are willing to reach back out to us offline, we will take care of this for you.
