        Unprofessional and wouldnt process my refund because it was 5mins before closing. They were still open and had 2 other customers in the store trying on shoes. Called ahead of time and told her exactly what time I would make it and asked if they would be able to assist me and she said yes. Then when I got there she said no since they getting ready to close.

        Called ahead to make sure they had a particle shoe as I was having difficulty finding elsewhere, the employee stated YES they did have said shoe in size needed... PERFECT. Asked to put on hold she stated she could not per holiday policy... offered to pay via phone stated no per policy. All in all my husband went after work asked for shoe IT WAS THE WRONG SHOE! It was the same style not the color needed though. Wasted our time!! I understand holidays get hectic, and mistakes happen but come on do a thorough job!!
