Shoe Palace

Worst customer service ever. Went to exchange a pair of Nike shoes because they were the wrong size but they wouldnt let us because they ran out of the size we needed. Didnt let us return after previously telling us that we could return any time. Wouldnt give us store credit. Wouldnt order the shoes for us online. Now were just stuck with $200 shoes that dont fit. Employees are just not helpful at all, just hanging out and wearing their masks around their chins.

For the most part this store sells shoes. The people that work here act like they have no interest in finding you shoes. As a matter of fact, most of the employees were hiding in the back so they didnt have to help customers.

Customer service wasnt bad, just felt bad for the 1 person checking people out he had 2 people on the floor where one who wasnt busy could have easily jumped on the register to check us out before the check out line got long. It took about 15 minutes with one customer and he worked very slow bagging, asking questions, and even had them go check on another shoe. The line then started to build up. He could have had that customer step to the side if they werent ready yet so the ones ready could have been checked out fast. I worked retail for 10+ years , there is a system for seamless checkout.
