You are much better off going to the Dallas location or just ordering online. Dallas location has much better service, and online shopping saves you from wasting your time. Brutal.

I had my eye set on a pair of shoes here. I visited the store to try them on before making a purchase because I was deciding between two colors. I was not greeted upon entering, and no one seemed eager to offer assistance once I found the style I wanted to try on. I actively had to seek someone out who was at the counter chatting with a coworker and request their assistance. I found the size I needed, but they did not have the color I wanted in the store. They found it for me at the Fort Worth location, so I drove there to see the color in person. Unfortunately, the customer service in Fort Worth was just as bad. The only reason they got 2 stars is because I truly do love the shoes, and Ill allow that to bring up the poor customer service score.
